Services involved with the formation of a Cyprus Company include:

• Providing a duly registered Cyprus Limited Liability Company;
• Drafting the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Cyprus company as well as preparing all required documentation for the registration of the Company with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies;
• Attending the District Court of Nicosia for the completion of pre-incorporation statements to be submitted to the Registrar of Companies;
• Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and making all relevant filings in respect of the Cyprus company’s registration;
